TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

CHILDREN'S TOUR TICKETS:

• Children 5 years and older buy adult tickets.
• Children under 5 years old are not included in the ticket to sit with their parents, the family will take care of it themselves. Two adults can only accompany one child. From the second child is required to buy 1 ticket like an adult.

TICKETS CANCELLATION REGULATIONS

• If you cancel your ticket after registration, you will be charged a penalty fee: 30% ticket price.
• If you cancel your ticket 7 days before departure date, you will be charged 50% ticket price.
• If you cancel your ticket 5 days before departure date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% ticket price.
• If you cancel your ticket 03 days before departure date, you will be charged a penalty fee: 100% ticket price.

Note

• The program order can be changed according to the company's arrangement to suit the actual situation but still ensures all the attractions mentioned in the program.
• In objective cases such as: terrorism, natural disasters... or due to incidents, there is a change in the schedule of public transportation such as: airplane, train... the Company will reserve the right to change the route. submitted at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensation for damages incurred. The company will help customers come to the best case.
• Due to the nature of a group of individual passengers, the company will be responsible for accepting guests for a full group (15 adults or more) so the group will depart on schedule. If the number of groups is less than 15 guests, the company will be responsible for notifying guests 4 days before the departure date and will negotiate a new departure date, or refund the entire amount previously registered.
• For customers from 70 to 85 years old, your family and you must commit to ensuring your health status with our company before participating in the tour. If any incident occurs on the tour, the company will not be responsible under any circumstances.
