Payment regulations

In order to create the most favorable conditions for customers, T&T Media Tourism accepts the following payment methods:

1. Pay directly at the counter: Customers come to T&T Media Tourism's transaction office and meet the sales consultant to confirm the itinerary, number of reservations and total amount to pay. Here you can pay in cash or pay via POS machine (customers will have to pay fees according to the regulations of the card accepting unit). Immediately after payment, the company will issue a Confirmation to send directly to the customer.

2. Payment via bank: The Sales Consulting Department staff will confirm with the customer the total amount to be paid. Customers pay by transfer to T&T Media Tourism via Vietinbank bank account in one of the following ways:

After transferring, please contact the Sales Consulting Department staff or hotline: 0888.15.79.78 to check and confirm. In case of payment via bank before 4:30 p.m., the Company will prepare a Booking Confirmation and send it via email or (Zalo/Viber) to the customer on the same day. Payment fields after 4:30 p.m. Guests will receive a Confirmation in the early morning of the next working day.

3. Online payment on Website: Once you have found out information about the tour and decided to book the tour, please check the booking status and press the "Continue" button. Then enter passenger information, select seat location, select payment method at the payment gateway (VNPay), the customer enters personal information, and when payment is successful, it will be redirected to T&T's confirmation page. Media Tourism. After receiving payment from the customer, the company will issue a Booking Confirmation and will send it via email or (Zalo/Viber) to the customer as soon as possible.
– For online booking and tour payment transactions, if at the same time but many duplicate transactions (2 or more) arise, it is considered a force majeure event, T&T Media Tourism will base on the order. The earliest success received from the payment acceptance unit (VNPay). For duplicate booking positions, customers will be notified to change the booking position (if there is room available) or will receive a refund of 100% within 4 working hours immediately.

Note: - In cases of cancellation/refund when purchasing an online tour, the customer will be refunded via the VNPay payment gateway (bank to bank), no cash refund will be made.
– Within 24 hours of making the transaction, if the customer's information is incorrect and needs correction, please contact hotline: 0888.15.79.78 or come directly to the headquarters at 256 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Vo Thi Ward. Sau, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City for timely support. After this deadline and we have tried our best but cannot be contacted due to inaccurate information declaration, the customer will bear all damages and our company has no obligation to reimburse.
