Tour refund/cancellation policy

I. General regulations:

– Each tour program will have its own cancellation/refund terms and will be published on the website. In case the tour program does not have specific regulations, the general terms specified in this policy will apply
– In case you cannot participate in the tour and need to cancel the tour, please notify in writing (according to the form) sent to the company directly or via email: info@travelmedia.com.vn. Our company does not accept requests to cancel services over the phone. Tour cancellation transactions are only considered successful when we have reconfirmed with the customer
– In case you cannot enter or exit the country due to personal reasons, our company will waive responsibility and will not be responsible for refunding the tour fee.
– After tour registration, if you need to change the departure time or switch to another tour, we still apply the tour cancellation/refund policy according to this regulation.
– The additional costs (if any) that we have to pay to the banking system, payment intermediaries, gift costs... will be calculated to the customer before making the refund.
– In case of forced tour cancellation due to: government social distancing requirements/natural disasters/epidemics/riots/traffic incidents..., we will negotiate with service providers such as : airline/transportation unit/restaurant/hotel/insurance/... to find the best solution and lowest damages to ensure customers' rights
– Refunds for you according to the tour cancellation/refund policy will be made within 3 working days from the date our company confirmed the tour cancellation at the customer's request.
– Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

II. Ticket cancellation regulations and service ticket cancellation fees

1. Cancel service from T&T Media Tourism:
– T&T Media Tourism is the direct organizer and operator of the tour, so it always ensures departure according to the announced plan.
– In case we have to cancel the tour, we will notify customers via means such as phone, email and Zalo/Viber applications with the minimum advance notice period:
+ 5 days before departure for domestic tours
+ 7 days before departure for foreign tours
In case of tour cancellation within this advance notice period, our company commits to refund 100% the amount you paid within 24 hours of notification.
2. Cancel service from customer

a. International tour
+ Cancel tour on registration date but 30 days before departure: 30% tour price. In case of tour cancellation within the remaining day, the company will apply a tour cancellation fee according to the prior notice period as below
+ Tour cancellation from 30 - 45 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is 30% on total tour price
+ Tour cancellation from 16 - 29 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is 60% on total tour price
+ Tour cancellation from 11 - 15 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is 90% on total tour price
+ Tour cancellation from 0 - 10 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is 100% on total tour price
+ Cancel the tour immediately after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa: Tour cancellation cost is 100% tour deposit.

b. tour in country
+ Cancel tour on registration date but 20 days before departure: 30% tour price. In case of tour cancellation within the remaining day, the company will apply a tour cancellation fee according to the prior notice period as below
+ Tour cancellation from 20 - 30 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is: 50% on total tour price
+ Tour cancellation from 10 -19 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is: 75% on total tour price
+ Tour cancellation from 0 - 10 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is: 100% on total tour price
