+ Single room cost (150 USD/person).

+ Expenses not mentioned in the inclusions section.

+ TIP for tour guide and driver: 6 USD/guest/day x 5 days = 30 USD

*TOUR REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

*First time: 

• Deposit 8,000,000 VND/person and required identification documents:​
• Original passport valid for at least 6 months from departure date.
• Identity card (photocopy) and household registration with local notarized copy.
• Proof of occupation.
• Demonstrate financial.
• Fill in the visa application form in Vietnamese + Sign the last sheet of the English declaration
• And other documents according to the regulations of the Embassy.
• Visa application deadline is latest 20 Days do not include Saturdays and Sundays compared to the departure date.

(The visa is valid for 3 months, so you submit your application as soon as possible to avoid losing airline ticket cancellation fees and a tour fee of 100% by the deadline)

*2nd: Pay the tour fee 10 days before departure and receive necessary information before the trip.

*NOTE:

– In case you do not get a visa due to objective reasons from the Embassy, the company will refund the deposit after deducting the processing fee at the Embassy of 1,700,000 VND/person + 100 USD/airline ticket deposit. In case the customer does not prepare the visa application on schedule leading to prior visa refusal 10 day Flight fees are non-refundable 7,000,000 VND/People, from 4 to 9 days free of charge 9,000,000 VND/person, 03 days before departure cost 100% tour fee.

– In case you do not get a visa due to factors such as: Not coordinating with the company to provide enough documents according to the Embassy's regulations, having an interview appointment but not coming or failing to answer the interview, Have ever resided illegally in Korea, have violated the law and violated immigration regulations, are banned from leaving the country without declaration... non-refundable expenses in all cases are 7,000,000 VND/People. 

– In case the customer has obtained a visa but does not depart on time or is not allowed to exit and enter the country for personal reasons, the above penalty cancellation conditions will apply.

*GENERAL POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS:

Due to the nature of groups with individual passengers, the departure schedule will change to the new departure date if:

– 10 days before departure, the group does not have enough words 15 guests above.

– On the departure date, there are force majeure causes such as natural disasters, storms, floods, etc.

*NOTE DURING THE TOUR:

• Itineraries or services may change according to actual situation but still ensure full attractions and use equivalent or higher services.
• Services are booked and paid in advance, so if members separate from the group or do not use the service, it will not be refunded.
• All changes must be agreed with the tour leader, we do not accommodate individual changes. If changes affect the schedule or services (removing sightseeing spots, removing services...). You must accept those arising. Changes must be based on feasibility and actual situation.
• This is a combined sightseeing and shopping program in Korea. We are not responsible for product quality when you cannot prove the origin of the goods purchased during the tour. You must retain all relevant invoices during the tour shopping process.
• During the journey, you are not allowed to automatically accept additional family members or acquaintances on the bus without prior service agreement with us - we have the right to refuse to provide service in the above cases.
• General hotel regulations: check in from 12:00 - 14:00, check out before 12:00.
• General regulations You must be present at the check-in counter at least 2 hours before departure time for international flights.
• Sightseeing trips usually do not have a lunch break and often require a lot of walking.
• We are not responsible for any delay on your part.
• Group separation fee 150$/person/day.
