TRANSPORT

Xe Du lịch 29 – 45 chỗ vận chuyển đưa đón đoàn theo chương trình. Được trang bị máy lạnh, wifi, tivi…tài xế ân cần, lịch sự, với nhiều năm kinh nghiệm.

MEALS

• Breakfast: 01 bowl meal: Omelet Bread, Noodles, Pho, Beef Noodle Soup, Rice with Ribs... + Soft Drink, Coffee, Iced Lemon & 01 breakfast buffet at the Resort.
• Main Meals: 03 main meals including 01 seafood BBQ meal

SIGHTSEEING:

• You are covered with entrance tickets to attractions included in the program minus Hanna Beach points, Wine Castle and games at Bau Trang.

ACCOMMODATION:

• Resort - Hotel 3*: Beachfront with swimming pool, buffet breakfast, standard 2 guests/room.
• Single room surcharge 500,000/room/night.

TOUR GUIDE:

• Vietnamese is cheerful, enthusiastic, experienced, serving the group throughout the route.

INSURANCE:

• You are covered by insurance when traveling, maximum compensation: 10,000,000 VND/case (Customers 70 years of age or older will not be able to register for travel insurance according to VIETNAM TOURISM INSURANCE LAW ).

GIFTS:

• Cold towels, 01 bottle of mineral water 500 ml/day
• Travel hat T&T MEDIA TOURISM.

CHILDREN'S TICKET PRICES

• Children under 4 years old are free, parents take care of the child themselves. The couple can only bring 1 child in this age group, from the 2nd child, the adult ticket will be charged 75%. You want to buy a Baby Seat, priced at 400,000 VND/seat.
• Children from 5 to 10 years old are charged 75% for tour tickets with standard seats, meals, sightseeing but sleeping with parents. Couples can only accompany 1 child, from the 2nd child the adult ticket is counted.
• Children 11 years and older are considered adults.

NOT INCLUDED

• Personal phone expenses, meals outside the program and other personal entertainment expenses.
• VAT 10%.
• Tickets to visit Hanna Beach, Wine Castle and games at Bau Trang.

TICKETS CANCELLATION REGULATIONS

• If you cancel your ticket after registration, you will be charged a penalty fee: 30% ticket price.
• If you cancel your ticket 7 days before departure date, you will be charged 50% ticket price.
• If you cancel your ticket 5 days before departure date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% ticket price.
• If you cancel your ticket 03 days before departure date, you will be charged a penalty fee: 100% ticket price.

• The program order can be changed according to the company's arrangement to suit the actual situation but still ensures all the attractions mentioned in the program.
• In objective cases such as: terrorism, natural disasters... or due to incidents, there is a change in the schedule of public transportation such as: airplane, train... the Company will reserve the right to change the route. submitted at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensation for damages incurred. The company will help customers come to the best case.
• Due to the nature of a group of individual passengers, the company will be responsible for accepting guests for a full group (15 adults or more) so the group will depart on schedule. If the number of groups is less than 15 guests, the company will be responsible for notifying guests 4 days before the departure date and will negotiate a new departure date, or refund the entire amount previously registered.
• For customers from 70 to 85 years old, your family and you must commit to ensuring your health status with our company before participating in the tour. If any incident occurs on the tour, the company will not be responsible under any circumstances.
