CHILDREN POLICY:

• Under 2 years old: 30% adult tour price
• From 2 - under 11 years old (no extra bed): 90% adult tour price
• From 2 - under 11 years old (extra bed): 100% adult tour price
• From 11 and up: tour price is the same as adults.

• 3 & 4 star standard hotels (Double room/If group is single, sleep in 3 bed room)

• Meals according to the program: 04 breakfasts, 08 main meals (including 01 Shabu Shabu hot pot meal, 01 Snow Crab Leg Buffet).
• Sightseeing Fee door once)

• Single entry visa to Japan.

TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Passport valid for 6 months from departure date.
• Surcharge if you request a single room (6,500,000 VND/person/Tour).
• Personal expenses are not included in the program.
• Excess baggage.
• Tip for tour guide and driver (1,000,000 VND/person/trip).

DEPOSIT REGULATIONS:

• Step 1: Deposit 50% tour price/person after registering for the tour and preparing required documents.
• Step 2: Pay the full tour fee when visa results are received or 10 working days before departure date (whichever comes first)

TOUR CANCELLATION REGULATIONS:

In case of tour cancellation due to visa refusal:

• After booking the tour and before the Company pays the visa fee: 2,000,000 VND.
• After the Company submits a visa or is denied a Visa and before 3 days from the departure date on a working day: 3,000,000 VND.
• After the above time; 100% deposit.
  According to the regulations of the Japanese Consulate, after being issued a Japanese visa, if for any reason you do not join the group, the Company is responsible for reporting the cancellation of your issued visa to the Japanese Consulate before sending it back. Passport back to you.
• After receiving the visa results, the company will keep the guest's original passport until the tour departure date.

In case of tour cancellation due to personal reasons:

• If you cancel the tour within 30 - 45 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost is 50% on tour price/person.
• If you cancel the tour within 17 - 29 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost is 70% on tour price/person.
• If you cancel the tour within 08 - 16 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost is 90% on tour ticket price/person.
• If the tour is canceled after the above time: Tour cancellation cost is 100% on the tour ticket price/person.

Note:

• Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

JAPAN VISA APPLICATION PROFILE:

1. 2 photos 3.5 x 4.5cm with white background, each face takes up 80% of photo area.
2. Original passport - valid for 6 months or more
3. Proof of finances – prepare one of the following documents:

• Confirmation of term savings book balance + Photo of book front - Balance from: 5,000 USD or more (equivalent to 120,000,000 VND)
• Salary account statement for the last 6 months - Final balance in the account should be 5,000 USD or more (equivalent to 120,000,000 VND)
• Income certificate issued by a state agency.
• If traveling with family members, you can prove finances for the whole family with a savings book with the amount = 5000USD x number of people.
• Bank documents require a red stamp adjacent to the bank branch manager's signature.

4. Documents proving employment – 1 of the following:

PEOPLE OF WORKING AGE:

• Labor contract (notarized copy) and leave application (original with agency stamp)
• Work confirmation and leave application (original with agency stamp).
• Business registration license (notarized copy) – Applicable for individuals who are business owners.
• Local occupational certification (original) - Applicable for those who do not work at agencies, companies, or businesses.

FOR RETIRED PEOPLE

• Retirement card (notarized photocopy)
• Pension book (notarized photo)
• Retirement decision of the issuing agency (notarized photo)

STUDENT

• Student ID card (notarized copy)
• Application for confirmation of being a student and application for leave (original). Can be presented in the same copy.

5. Documents proving relationship with accompanying person (if traveling with 2 or more people)

• Marriage certificate (Notarized copy)
• Birth certificate (Notarized copy)
• Household registration number (Notarized copy)

6. Other documents (if any)

• Real estate red book (Copy)
• Vehicle documents in the owner's name (Copy)

Note: For guests with household registration from Dak Lak, Phu Yen or the south, financial proof in the form of a savings book must be used 3 months before the balance confirmation date.

• REGULATIONS FOR ENTERING JAPAN:
• Passport valid for 6 months from departure date
• Valid entry visa to Japan and re-entry visa to Vietnam (if necessary)
• Children under 14 years old need to bring their birth certificate for airport customs inspection.
• Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied by parents or family members over 18 years old. In case of traveling with family members, a power of attorney must be submitted with confirmation from the local government (authorized by Parents to take the tour).
• Please note that taking photos at Japanese airport customs is not allowed.

OTHER NOTES:

• In case a tourist does not get a visa due to factors such as: not coordinating with the company to provide enough documents according to the embassy's regulations, having an interview appointment but not coming or failing to answer the interview, had illegal residence in Japan, had illegal acts and violated immigration regulations, was banned from exiting without declaration... non-refundable expenses in all cases are 10,000,000 VND / People.

• In case the customer has obtained a visa but does not depart on the correct date, the cancellation conditions of the contract will apply.
• Due to the nature of the combined group, if the number of guests does not reach the minimum level of 15 adults, the company will negotiate to transfer you to another departure date or refund the deposit. (after deducting visa fee).
• Please do not separate from the group and follow the program.
• Customers from 70 years old to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the Company.
• Customers aged 75 or older are required to have a certificate of full health to travel abroad issued by a doctor and a health commitment with the Company. Encouraged to have relatives under 60 years old (full health) follow. In addition, guests over 75 years old are encouraged to pay additional premium insurance (fees vary depending on tour). Not receive guests from 80 years and older.
• Guests under 18 years old need to have a guardian and have authorization from a relative for the guardian with a confirmation stamp from the ward.
• If the customer has had cosmetic surgery, if it is too different from the photo on the passport, please renew the passport - the travel company will not be responsible if the customer is not allowed to leave Vietnam - or not allowed to enter Japan. Copy.
• If you are pregnant, please notify the tour sales staff at the time of registration for further information. Do not accept guests who are 5 months or more pregnant for guest safety reasons.
• In case foreign nationals have a 1-time visa to enter Vietnam, the re-entry visa fee to Vietnam is 1,480,000 VND/guest. Particularly, re-entry visa to Vietnam made at the border gate is 650,000 VND/person.
• If you are a Foreign Citizen or an Overseas Vietnamese, please bring all your passports (bring both passports in case of dual nationality), and Vietnam visa (paste on passport or separate leaflet or visa exemption book) when on tour.
• Because flights depend on airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.
• Depending on the actual situation, the order of attractions in the program may change but still ensures all the attractions as at the beginning.
• The company will not be responsible for securing attractions in the following cases:
  + Natural disasters occur: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes...

+ Security incidents: terrorism, protests

+ Aviation incidents: technical problems, security problems, flight departures, cancellations, delays.

If the above cases occur, the Company will consider refunding non-sightseeing expenses to guests under possible conditions. (after deducting services performed such as visa fees... and not responsible for compensating any other costs).
